Culinary Classes Horatius brings the finest chefs and culinary personalities from around the Bay Area to teach in the demonstration kitchen. Offered on Monday and Tuesday evenings, classes may be about food and wine pairing, the art of cheesemaking or the world’s wine regions. Expert guests will speak on important topics such as sustainable food sources or the fish industry. Each class will be taped and available for purchase so that you can review the class and achieve a level of comfort and confidence in your own cooking abilities. |
