Horatius’ whole bean coffee is selected for us by a local coffee company known for their roasting expertise and extraordinary single farm selections. The 2009 seasonal selection is a blend of several beans picked at the height of their ripeness, carefully roasted and packaged. Finally, the coffee is hand delivered each week to us, ensuring its freshness. Our decaffeinated blend is mountain water processed, a chemical-free method where water is used to release the caffeine from the whole beans. Smooth, rich and with great depth of flavor, we are confident you’ll love this coffee as much as we do. Our current seasonal selection is Sweet Tooth Chapadão de Ferro from Brazil.

Tea Assortment
French tea company Dammann Freres has been sourcing and blending some of the finest teas in the world since 1925. The purveyor for the prestigious “French line,” the company is internationally known for their tea blends and selections. Horatius is offering a selection including Darjeeling, Breakfast Blend, Earl Grey, Ceylon and Lapsang Souchong in “crystal” tea bags, developed by Dammann Freres to ensure tea leaves are not crushed or bruised.

Bovetti Chocolates
From his chocolate factory in the Dordogne region of France, Valter Bovetti makes intriguing chocolates using the finest quality pure cocoa butter. The incredible bars, available either in 100 gram, 50 gram or 25 gram sizes, are hand sprinkled with ingredients such as minted sugar granules, lavender flowers, coconut flakes, violet sugar, papaya, ginger and even szechuan pepper flakes. Incredibly rich with a smooth texture and intense flavor, these chocolates are a revelation.
