Anthousa Ambiance Candle Collection
Sun swept Greek islands, deep blues of the Mediterranean, flower drenched hillsides, and the fresh, green scent of herbs all provided inspiration for Anthousa candles. Anthousa means “the perfect bloom” in Greek.  Created by Seattle native Maria Christofilis, the company was inspired by countless trips to her parents’ birthplace. These vegetable-based wax candles have no lead or preservatives and burn cleanly and evenly. Horatius carries the scents of Aqua Verbena, Cucumber and Green Grass, Nectarine and Red Currant, Pomelo and Kumquat and Bougainvillea.

Castebel Soap and Candle Collection
A traditional Portuguese company located deep within the Douro river valley, Castebel produces lush products inspired by the terraced grape vines, generations-old olives groves and the warmth of the Portuguese sun. Following a 300-year tradition of purity and excellence, Castebel triple-mills some of the finest soaps in the world.

Large soap scents include the Fig and Pear, Lemon and Sage, Coconut, Lavender, Honeysuckle and Stargazer Lily. For the kitchen, Horatius also carries a smaller size soap, with scents including olive, cucumber and tomato-basil.

Castebel’s hand poured candles are evocative of the scents and flavors of the Portuguese countryside. Packaged in striking glass containers, our Castebel candle collection includes Lemon and Sage, Fig and Pear, Coconut, Lavender, Honeysuckle and Stargazer Lily.
